On May 10th 2024, Muriel Hakuba gave a presentation on the division of labor and medical liability. The presentation covered a very interesting topic within the framework of medical liability in Germany. Despite the differences with the Spanish system, it was very useful for all the professionals who attended the event. Furthermore, the issue of liability in the context of professional collaboration is a topic that goes beyond the medical field and is therefore of great interest.
