On 16th – 18th of May, we attended the Warwick Legal Network Spring Conference in London, which was hosted by our WLN Partner in London, Firm EBL MILLER ROSENFALCK. The working sessions took place in the impressive buildings of the historic Law Society and Middle Temple, with the feeling that Harry Potter might appear at any moment.
The main topics combined a deep dive into the English legal system and international arbitration, with the prevention of cybercrime that our clients are so concerned about. Nor did we forget to work on oral communication under the guidance of voice and communication expert Kim A. Page.
After an interesting visit to the Royal Courts of Justice and the Four Inns of Court, the gala dinner was a tribute to Agent 007 and the “shaken, not stirred” dry martini.
The conference ended with a tour of touristy London in an iconic red double-decker bus.
As our aim is to build bridges with international clients, nothing could be more appropriate than to illustrate these lines with the family photo taken on the famous London Bridge.
